Terms
These terms apply to the TBR Triage app ("Application") for mobile devices, and to this website, provided by the TBR Triage team ("we"). The Application is free to use. Some versions may include optional paid features.
By downloading or using the Application, or by using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Application.
We will update these terms as the app evolves. If we change them, we will update this page. If you do not accept the new terms, stop using the Application.
What TBR Triage is
The Application is a reading tracker with a hospital theme. It is not a medical product. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Do not enter real patient records or other sensitive information in notes.
License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the Application for its intended purpose. We keep the rights in the material we own. Third-party software, fonts, and store components stay under their own licenses. You keep ownership of the information you enter.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Application, or our names and marks, without permission. You may not try to extract the source code, translate the Application, or make derivative versions of it.
Paid features
We may change the Application or charge for features. If something costs money, the store listing or purchase screen will say so. Payments, renewals, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the app store under that store's terms. Cancel a subscription in your store account settings. In versions with Pro, Google Drive backup and restore are paid features. If your subscription ends, the app will not back up or restore until you subscribe again. Your existing backup stays in your Google account.
Your data and your device
The Application stores information you enter, as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for keeping your device, and access to the Application, secure. Do not use a jailbroken or rooted device. That can weaken security and may stop the Application from working.
Restoring a backup replaces all TBR Triage data on that device. That cannot be undone.
Third-party services
The Application and this website use third-party services that have their own terms, including:
- Google (Sign-In, Drive, Play, Fonts, and Forms)
- RevenueCat
- Sentry
- Cloudflare
Internet, stores, and your device
Some features need a network connection. We are not responsible if the Application cannot reach those services, or for carrier data charges, including roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device, you confirm you have permission to use the Application on it.
The Application shows reading data you entered. We are not responsible for loss from relying on that data, including after a restore.
Updates and availability
We may update the Application. You may need those updates to keep using it. We do not promise that it will always work on every operating system version, or that we will keep offering it. We may stop providing the Application at any time. If we do, your license to use it ends, and you should delete it from your device.
As is
The Application and this website are provided as is. We do not promise that they will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for data lost from uninstall, restore, or a failed backup.
